Customer reviews
💬 What customers say: Customers highly value the excellent, artisanal quality, distinctive flavors, and wide variety of cheeses, with particular praise for the matured goat cheese and pañoleta; several consider them among the world’s best. Visitors also describe the in-person staff as friendly and approachable. The main criticism is very poor remote customer service, with reports of unanswered website, phone, email, and WhatsApp inquiries; access by road is also described as narrow and winding.
